Cambodian Youth Action (CYA) is a volunteer youth organization which was established in 2003 and registered in Ministry of Interior in 2006 in the name of Environmental Beauty (EB) and in January 2010, all members decided to change in to Cambodian Youth Action (CYA). CYA is working to promote voluntary service among young people in Cambodia for community development, young people education, and environmental preservation.
Cambodian Youth Action (CYA) is now looking for 5 volunteers to work in the position of International Workcamp Coordinators.
REQUIREMENT:
Knowledge of English (Speaking and Writing)
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Able to work as a team or individual
Able to stay within 2 – 3 weeks in local community
Willing to work as volunteer in community activities and social action
Having personal computer laptop is preferred
Can work at least 15 hours per week
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate and cooperate with local partners in local communities
Conduct needs assessment in the target area
Design development project in order to response to the needs
Coordinate International and national workcamp in the target areas
Writing report (3 months, 6 months) about the activities in his/her own target areas
Monitoring and Evaluation his/her own projects
Initiative new projects in new target areas
*Note: Successful candidate will be trained all skills needed to work with the project and the training will be in English!
